Loot Not Detecting Skyrim Setup

For loot to detect mods you have to change mod organizers loot to the new one. To do this copy and paste the loot folder you just downloaded (make sure it's just called loot) Go to where mod organizer is installed and rename loot to loot old and add the new one.
Now you need to add the exe like you did with Skyrim. Add it and point it to the loot.exe file. Don't forget to rename it to LootCLI.exe Now when you press the sort button it should open a separate window which is the new loot and you can sort from there. Make sure the mods are enabled in the in game menu or they won't pop up or at least that was my issue.
